WARDENSEED - RISK DISCLOSURE

Effective Date: May 20, 2026 Version: 1.0

Informed risk acknowledgment. By using Wardenseed, connecting a wallet, or sending a blockchain transaction, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read this Risk Disclosure and understand the risks below. This document supplements the Terms of Use. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

1. NO INVESTMENT PRODUCT

Wardenseed is a game, simulation, and digital collectible ecosystem. SEEDOS and Seed NFTs are not investment products. Wardenseed does not offer securities, does not solicit investment, and does not promise profit, appreciation, passive income, or any financial return.

2. VOLATILITY AND TOTAL LOSS

Digital asset prices can change rapidly and without warning. You may lose the entire amount you spend on mints, trades, gas fees, or platform interactions-including a total loss of purchase price and fees.

Past activity on Wardenseed or any market does not predict future outcomes.

3. NO GUARANTEES

Wardenseed makes no guarantees regarding:

  • profitability or appreciation;
  • resale value or floor price;
  • token or NFT liquidity;
  • future utility, features, or ecosystem size;
  • marketplace depth or listing availability;
  • compatibility with third-party wallets or chains.

No user should acquire any Digital Asset with an expectation of profit.

4. IRREVERSIBLE BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS

Blockchain transactions are irreversible after confirmation.

Confirmed on-chain transfers, mints, approvals, and marketplace fills generally cannot be undone. Wardenseed cannot cancel, recover, or refund completed blockchain transactions.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing transaction payloads-including contract addresses, networks, amounts, token IDs, and approval scopes-before signing in a wallet.

Always verify official domains before connecting or signing.

5. SMART CONTRACT AND SOFTWARE RISK

Smart contracts, relayers, bridges, RPC endpoints, paymasters, and application code may contain bugs, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly under stress.

Gameplay balances and ledgers may change as security and operations mature. Features may be paused (including mints and markets) for safety.

6. THIRD-PARTY AND WALLET RISK

Wallets, explorers, indexers, external marketplaces, and infrastructure providers are outside Wardenseed's control.

Phishing, malicious signatures, compromised devices, fake support accounts, and social-engineering attacks can result in permanent loss of assets. See Avoid scams and Security.

7. MARKETPLACE AND LIQUIDITY RISK

Listings and prices are determined by users and market conditions. Wardenseed does not guarantee liquidity, fair pricing, timely fills, or successful resale of any NFT or token.

8. REGULATORY AND TAX RISK

Laws governing digital assets vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful and for any tax obligations arising from your activity.

9. EXPERIMENTAL PRODUCT STATUS

Wardenseed is experimental software. Features, economies, routes, contract integrations, and availability may be paused, limited, or changed for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

You acknowledge that:

  • you assume all risks described here and in the Terms of Use;
  • you make your own decisions without reliance on Wardenseed for financial guidance;
  • on-chain data is public and permanent;
  • scams and impersonation are common in Web3 and require your vigilance.
